As more people use what we build, we need someone who makes sure their experience is a good one.

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for the people who use our products and deployments. You will help users get unstuck, answer their questions clearly, and make sure problems get to the right person when you cannot solve them yourself.

You will also be one of our clearest sources of truth about what users actually struggle with, and that feedback will shape what we build next.

In this role, you will

  • Respond to user questions and issues across email and chat, clearly and patiently
  • Troubleshoot common problems and write down repeatable solutions
  • Escalate harder issues to engineering with enough detail to act on
  • Help build and maintain help docs, FAQs, and onboarding material
  • Spot patterns in feedback and bring them back to the product and engineering team

You may be a good fit if you have

  • Strong written English and the ability to explain things simply and kindly
  • Patience and genuine care for the person on the other side of the conversation
  • Comfort learning a technical product well enough to support it confidently
  • Good organisation and follow-through, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Interest in AI products and in helping people get value from them

Strong candidates may also have experience with

  • Customer support, customer success, or community roles
  • Supporting software or technical products
  • Writing help documentation or onboarding content
  • Support tooling and ticketing systems
  • Working in a startup or other fast-moving environment

Logistics

This is an internship based in Belgrade, with a hybrid setup. We review applications on a rolling basis.
